MANUFACTURING CONTROL MODULES
- Barcode Data Collection
The Barcoded Data Collection module is designed to allow you to
quickly and accurately scan barcoded piecework tickets into the system to update
payroll for piecework employees, work-in-progress for customer service
information, and relieve frame, fabric and selected raw materials' inventories.
- Scheduling
The Scheduling module allows you to group orders
together to create a production schedule for the plant. This allows an easy
way to print piecework tickets and schedule reports.
- Fabric Inventory
The Fabric Inventory/Purchasing module is designed to allow you
to enter and maintain purchase orders, receipts, issues and requirements for
your fabric inventory. Yield tracking by Fabric, Style and Cutter provides
historical analysis of efficiencies.
- Fabric by Weight
The Weighing System for Fabrics menu is designed to allow you to
use computerized scales in receiving your fabric rolls into inventory and make
adjustments to your inventory from cuttings.
- Frame Inventory
The Frame Inventory/Purchasing module is designed to allow you
to enter and maintain purchase orders, receipts, issues and requirements for
your frame inventory. In-transit tracking is provided for those items with
extended shipping times such as overseas containers.
- Costing
The Costing system provides you with the information you need in
today's highly competitive market. Multi-level bill-of-materials and modular
"sub-assemblies" allow for a streamlined approach of costing a new product based
on similarities to an existing product.
- Parts Inventory
The Parts Inventory/Purchasing module is designed to allow you
to enter and maintain purchase orders, receipts, issues and requirements for
your parts inventory. PO's can be generated automatically from your production
schedules.
- Finished Goods
The Finished Goods Inventory module is designed to allow you to enter and
maintain purchase orders, receipts, issues and requirements for your
finished goods inventory. Finished Goods can be purchased or manufactured.
Allocation to customer orders is automatic.
