CUSTOMER SERVICE MODULES

File Maintenance
The File maintenance menu contains the functions necessary to
enter and maintain the basic database master files. These master files are initially keyed and later maintained
using the most current information about your customers, fabrics, prices, etc.

Order Processing
The Order Processing application is the hub of a fully
interactive "front office" support system. Order Processing is made easy by the
vast amount of information retrieved from the database thereby reducing the
amount of data entry required.

Bill of Ladings
The Bills of Lading module offers a completely integrated method of printing
BOL's for shipments.
- Invoicing
Invoicing combines the information entered in the
Order Processing system with the information you enter regarding the
quantity shipped to quickly produce the printed invoices.

Sales Analysis
The Sales Analysis system is the scorecard of all activity that
occurs in the invoicing system. Much of the sales history is available online
and all is available in printed form.
- Bookings
The Bookings Analysis menu gives you the ability to generate reports based
on ALL orders regardless of the order status. Order information from the
regular order entry, historical orders as well as from the Factor order
system is used to compile a "complete" picture of orders you have
received for a specified time period.

Utilities
The Utilities menu provides several "housecleaning" routines to
ensure data integrity throughout the system as well as the letter text and merge
routines for quick and easy standard letter writing, miscellaneous labels and
label printing. The Utility menu also features complete Sales Aid Tracking and
Customer Complaint Systems.
